Steak Crostini with Blue Cheese
serves 4

Instructions

  1. Puree the cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, 1 oz blue cheese, chives, and Worcestershire until smooth. Season to taste.
  2. Season the steak, broil until done to taste, let it rest, then slice 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil, then toast under the broiler.
  4. Spoon 1/2 t of blue cheese sauce on each baguette slice, top with steak slice, garnish with more sauce and the blue cheese crumbles.
  5. Plate and serve.
