Steak Crostini with Blue Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 C plain Greek yogurt
- 1 T mayonnaise
- 3 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 T chives, chopped
- 1/2 t Worcestershire
- 1/2 lb steak
- 12 sl baguette
Instructions
- Puree the cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, 1 oz blue cheese, chives, and Worcestershire until smooth. Season to taste.
- Season the steak, broil until done to taste, let it rest, then slice 1/4-inch thick.
- Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil, then toast under the broiler.
- Spoon 1/2 t of blue cheese sauce on each baguette slice, top with steak slice, garnish with more sauce and the blue cheese crumbles.
- Plate and serve.
